30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to return

Email us at hello@inuandco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it immediately.
